The ECA (Extra Curricula Activity) Module assists with the analysis and manipulation of student and staff extra curricula activities. Maintain Contacts and Contact's Field of Interest to facilitate quick access to caregivers and other support offered, such as gardening, flower arranging or sports coaching. Groups (teams), Activities and individual Achievements are supported with a variety of reports.

Features

  • Entry of Student Achievements, such as colours awards, trophies, Ludora, etc.
  • Record student activities and levels (club, provincial, etc.).
  • Allocate students to groups (teams) and print team lists.
  • Maintain external contact information and fields of interest.
  • Enter ECA comments for reports.
