I need help with login details, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password you can use the "Forgot password" link on the login page of your web app. Alternatively, your system administrator can reset your password by using the tools under "Manage" and "Users".
If you don't have a user account and want one, please contact your system administrator for an invite.
I have a question about an invoice
You are welcome to contact our finance department and they will help you with all invoice questions. Send an email to invoice@eduadmin.com or call +46 8 528 022 60
Sure! There are plenty of videos and guides in the support portal which you can access by clicking support when you are logged into EduAdmin.
We also offer e-learning and teacher-led training through our EduAdmin Academy.
How do I terminate my agreement?
You need to terminate your agreement in writing. The easiest way to do this is to email us at sales@eduadmin.com.
How do I find out more about EduAdmin?
We are happy to show you how EduAdmin works and how it can help you streamline your operations. Usually, we host an online demonstration taking about 20–30 minutes, but there is also the opportunity for you to test it on your own.
During off-hours, you can send us a message or visit the support portal in your web app.
Irregular service hours
The day before a holiday our office closes at 15:00 GMT. The day before Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve our office closes at 13:00 GMT. On holidays and weekends, we're closed.
